Delivery
All items are shipped from a UK warehouse via courier partners and using trackable consignments to enable delivery day ETA provision. Most garden sets and assembled items are shipped on a pallet to provide protection during transit and delivered to kerbside. Deliveries are made Mon-Fri (excl. bank holidays).

Packaging
We aim to provide the right amount of protection with the minimum amount of waste. All teak items are packaged in cardboard which when handled correctly provides sufficient protection and can be disposed of in most home recycling.

Aftercare
The table and benches are pre-treated at manufacture but as a natural product the teak will weather and as part of this process turn a beautiful silver/grey colour. If you wish to maintain the teak colour then we recommend the use of a teak sealant on our products.
