First of all, package arrive on time and was kept up to date on delivery time by courier. Box ( big box ) arrived with two people carrying it, showing that the product is a good weight and not flimsy. I had read mixed reviews about how easy or hard it was to assemble but I must admit it was very easy if you read the instructions, which were very well presented. Take your time and follow the instructions, you can't go wrong. All the parts were well wrapped and the packaging protected the furniture very well. Think it was manufactured in Germany from PP ( polypropylene). Once built ( about 3 hours on and off ) it feels sturdy and well produced, it looks really well and is comfortable. For the money paid, great value for money and looks the part.
