Style Name:Indianapolis

The solid smoker "Indianapolis" owes its name to the extra robust and strong design. Even in German gardens, the trend of the barbecue (BBQ) is a real eye-catcher and creates completely new barbecue experiences. The solid western style smoker combines various barbecue options. On the one hand, the food can be prepared traditionally on the intended grill surface directly above the embers. On the other hand, the meat can also be cooked in the exhaust air of a wood fire. This is possible thanks to the special design of the smoker. In the smaller and slightly deeper combustion chamber, smoke is created when burning wood. This smoke rises and gets into the larger cooking chamber in which the food is located. The path of the smoke is supported by the chimney flue in the cooking chamber. The grilled food is gently cooked at a low temperature of 80° to 130°C and maintains its characteristic smoke taste. Often this is also referred to as 'smoking'. By preparing in the smoke, the food is cooked evenly from all sides and retains its juicy consistency. The choice of wood allows you to try out new and unknown flavours. The flavour-giving intensity of the smoke can be controlled by the ventilation flaps. The 'Indianapolis' also offers a healthy way to grill, because by preparing in the smoke, no fat or liquids can drip into the flame and cause harmful substances. In addition to the modern 'smoking', the four-part grill grate in the cooking chamber can also be grilled indirectly. The indirect grilling method, in which the food is in the closed space and is not placed directly above the glowing charcoal, can be easily implemented with this smoker.
